As a delegating physician, she oversees all medical professional, and treaments performance specific medical tasks or duties within their scope of practice. The physician retains legal responsibility for the care provided at Integrative Health Recreation Musu Wellness Center.

Yoga Instructor

Sophia is a former childhood athlete and lifelong dancer, with over a decade of experience in multiple styles of dance. She originally was training to become a professional ballerina before being introduced to yoga, which sparked an entire new journey. Once she discovered the world of yoga, she instantly fell in love with the practice and was immediately captivated by its transformative ability to connect the mind, body, and soul. Acknowledging yoga as both a spiritual and physical practice, Sophia decided to transition her career to share its profound benefits with others. Her background in dance gives her a unique perspective on the interplay between strength, grace and mindfulness - which she brings to every class she leads! Passionate about guiding mindful-beings back to themselves through ancient wisdom, Sophia creates a nurturing space for self-discovery and renewa

A women’s wellness coach

Lisa has several professional years in coaching women. She provides personalized guidance, support, and accountability to help women improve their overall health, including physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Lisa often focuses on areas such as nutrition, stress management, sleep, and lifestyle changes, particularly for challenges like post-partnum, menstrual cycle, menopause or midlife transitions.
